We are looking for a HR intern to work with us for atleast 3-4 months as intern from our office in janakpuri, New Delhi. This is a full-time, work from office opportunity, and the timings are from 10 a.m to 6:30 p.m from Monday to Saturday. We need someone who: - Understands the hiring requirements of the company - Design and update job descriptions - Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally - Source potential candidates from various online channels like Linkedin, Naukri, Glassdoor etc - Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates - Screen incoming resumes and application forms - Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) - Scheduling interviews by coordinating with the candidates - Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Additional Requirements: 1. Well Documented 2. Prior experience in HR 3. Has excellent typing speed 4. Is well acquainted with Internet, emails, search engines, social media 5. Has amazing verbal and written language skills both in hindi and english. 6. Is a logical thinker, has practical approach, go getter 7.
