- Counselor would be fully responsible to satisfy and convince client against their queries.
- Counselor would be liable to answer management about case withdrawal, case quit.
- Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students.
- Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students
- Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
- Assess students’ attributes and help them realize their strengths
- Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment
- Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately
- Cooperate with parents as well as other interested parties
- Complete assessments and tests, analyze results and provide feedback
- Study and update student records
- Prepare and present reviews on progress
- Counselors must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
- Counselors must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Counselors must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- Smart enough to present the product
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage for applying their case with VH Group.
- Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- You have working knowledge of visa
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- Good Command in Native Language
- Query resolution

- Must know how to greet the client
- Have knowledge about MS office & data entry
- Have confidence to indirect with customer
- Good follow up with the clients to enroll them
- You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to rules and regulation related to visa.
