Visa Counselor

• Counselor would be fully responsible to satisfy and convince client against their queries.
• Counselor would be liable to answer management about case withdrawal, case quit.
• Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students.
• Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students
• Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
• Assess students’ attributes and help them realize their strengths
• Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment
• Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately
• Cooperate with parents as well as other interested parties
• Complete assessments and tests, analyze results and provide feedback
• Study and update student records
• Prepare and present reviews on progress
• Counselors must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
• Counselors must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Counselors must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
• Smart enough to present the product
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage for applying their case with VH Group.
• Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

• You have working knowledge of visa
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

• Good Command in Native Language

• Must know how to greet the client
• Have knowledge about MS office & data entry
• Have confidence to indirect with customer
• Good follow up with the clients to enroll them
• You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
• You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to rules and regulation related to visa.
• Can understand the customer requirement on phone & explain the product
