BIM Engineer - Mechanical

• Collaborate with USA Building Service Team to understand the Engineering requirement to produce a high-quality model with all information in the respective elements.
• Get the strategic Engineering fundamentals from respective building service teams and develop further design through Revit Model.
• Undertake appropriate quality assurance and quality checks of engineering data integrity, including model health checks of the BIM model,
• Develop an understanding of the time required for the given work and provide time estimates for the given task/work based on a set of inputs or briefs.
• Undertake activities as requested by your line manager or other senior team members to support the business.
• Work independently and under minimal supervision as a key member of the wider BIM team
• Collaborating between USA Building Service Team and iCRC team, to ensure the successful delivery of the project
• Continuous learning and application, to improve engineering & technical knowledge and gather information on BIM standards guidelines of USA with current industry best practices.
• understand dynamo automation requirements to automate the population of the engineering information in the Revit model.
• Working on Coordination for discipline-specific services to minimize clashes and produce coordinated models and prepare the documentation, with reference to models provided by internal and external design team colleagues
• Sound written and verbal English language skills.
• Good knowledge of problem-solving skills.
• The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual focused on delivery and technical excellence.
• Ability to engage in several tasks concurrently and become involved in design at an early stage where applicable.
• Ability to deliver under pressure.
