Qualification- Science Graduate / Engineer (Diploma / Graduate) in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Experience - 5-8 years of hands on experience and expertise in front end sales & marketing. Industry - 5 to 8 years of hands on experience and expertise in front end sales and marketing of Low Voltage / Medium Voltage/ High Voltage Electrical Equipment like Transformer, Switchgear, Control and Relay Panel, Isolators etc. Alternatively candidates with similar experience in Motors, Rotating Machines, Automation and Energy Efficient Industrial and Consumer Products can also apply. Location- Patna - (Territory - Bihar & Jharkhand). RESPONSIBILITIES: Working experience with customers in Utility, Industry, Renewable Energy, Railway, PWD, MES, EPC, Contractor segment is a must. Enquiry generation & Business Development through Networking, Prospecting & cold calls. Understand & effectively communicate product features & benefits. Competitor mapping and developing new strategies through service, solutions and new products. Identifying customer problems and mapping problems to products, through optimised solutions. Contract Management and Contract Milestone Review for On Time Delivery in full. Correct and Complete Documentation of entire Contractual Milestones as required for error free contract management and contract execution. Liaison with OEMs, End Users, and Nodal Agencies, for ON TIME IN FULL contract management and contract execution. Ensure 100% compliance to error free invoicing, taxation, e-way bill, contractual compliances and timely collection of receivable. Full Operating Knowledge and Hands on Experience at Letter of Credit, Bill of Exchange, Bill Discounting, Vendor Financing Scheme leading to Collection On time, without discrepancies. Recovery of Liquidated Damages and Penalty, Retrieval of Bank Guarantees, Recovery of 'No Demand Certificate' from sites and consignees. Contract Closure in totality. ELIGIBILITY: Understanding & Operating knowledge of the ecosystem of OEMs, Channel Partner Management in Electrical & Electronics domain. The candidate should have good Techno Commercial knowledge and have experience in tracking projects from pre tendering stage till closure of contract. Detailed knowledge in Contract management and statutory documentation. Experience in Techno Commercial Sales, Industrial Products Sales, Service & Spare business. Candidates with business process understanding and end user segment knowledge will be an added advantage. Excellent written & verbal communication skill, besides ability to collaborate and develop win-win connections with end users, customers and consultants. Proficiency in MS office, MIS documentation, Presentation skills are mandatory. Candidates having an established relationship with the decision makers of the Utility, EPC Contractors, and Industries will be an added advantage.
