We are hiring Store Manager for our brand stores at Bangalore(multiple locations). Job Responsibilities :- Supervision and Leadership-Supervise and lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager. Provide guidance and support to staff members.- Customer Service- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by the store team.- Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly.- Sales and Revenue- Assist in achieving sales targets and goals.- Monitor and analyze sales performance.- Inventory Management- Oversee inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.- Staff Training and Development- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.- Visual Merchandising-Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with company guidelines. Implement promotional displays to drive sales.- Operational Support- Assist in managing daily store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Budgeting and Financial Management- Assist in budget preparation and expense control.Monitor financial performance against targets.- Safety and Security- Ensure a safe and secure store environment for both employees and customers. Implement loss prevention measures.- Communication- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members.
