Job Description : l Responsible for overall branches operations and profitability of the branches. l Handling branches operations team, motivate and work along with Branch Heads & team to achieve branch set targets month on month. l Ensure gold loan growth at branches month on month. l Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance. l Building relationships with customers and follow- up. Increase interest collections of the branches and control on NPA's.
