Position : Area Sales Manager Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Candidate Profile: Mandatory: Minimum 4-6 Years of experience in sales of Medical Equipment/ Devices Bachelor's in science/ biomedical engineering Languages English, Hindi & at least one regional language Should travel across the state to meet doctors and hospitals heads to promote and sell the products. Meet or exceeds set Targets. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success. Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills Desirable: Experience in healthcare industry preferably in Maternal and Infant care segment. Experience in government sales. CRM experience is preferred. Job Purpose: To promote Phoenix products in the region assigned and achieve (or exceed) the set sales targets. To build relationship and grow the brand by engaging with the opinion leaders in the state. Job Profile: - Build relationships with prospective clients and key accounts (hospitals, nursing homes, birthing centers etc.) and promote the products throughout the state - Maintain consistent contact with KOL s, existing clients - Manage sales pipeline - Actively participate in tenders - Analyze market and establish competitive advantages -Track metrics to ensure targets are hit by Reaching / exceeding Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual Sales Targets & collect payments on time.
