We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.Position Overview:As a Sales Executive specializing in LED lighting products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly in the LED lighting industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities :Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Bhopal region to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our LED lighting products, their features, benefits, and applications, and effectively communicate these to clients.Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and initiatives.Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.Customer Service : Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.Qualifications :- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the LED lighting industry.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.- Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape in the region.Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: - 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthBenefits :- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Provident FundShift : Day shiftSupplemental pay types: Performance bonusTravel requirement : Up to 100% travelEducation : Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)Lighting design: 1 year (Preferred (ref:updazz.com)
