The Opportunity: Manager-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance National : ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance : Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Proven track record of successfully conceiving, drafting, and winning RFPs for complex projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability. Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with proposal management software/tools, credential development tools, and GTM material creation platforms. Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of autonomy and initiative. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in RFP management, proposal development, credential development, and GTM material creation, preferably in a global setting. Experience Global RFP Expertise: Lead the conception and drafting of RFPs for global initiatives, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop compelling proposals. Conduct thorough research and analysis to tailor proposals to specific client needs and market trends. Forensics Command Centre: Serve as the central point of contact and command centre for global forensics operations. Project manage the entire process, including understanding project briefs from respective teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing proposal development. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, meeting all deadlines and quality standards. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to relevant teams and leadership. Credential Development Lead: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of company credentials, case studies, success stories, and client references. Lead the development of compelling credential documents, presentations, and materials to showcase company capabilities and successes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create impactful credential materials. Ensure consistency and quality in all credential materials, aligning with branding and messaging guidelines. Go-To-Market (GTM) Material Creation: Support business development efforts by creating GTM materials, such as sales presentations, brochures, product sheets, and website content. Work closely with marketing teams to ensure GTM materials are aligned with overall marketing strategies and messaging. Develop content that effectively communicates the value proposition, key differentiators, and benefits of company offerings. Tailor GTM materials for different target audiences and market segments, ensuring relevance and impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams to ensure alignment of proposals, credentials, and GTM materials with company capabilities and strategies. Facilitate proposal review meetings, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions as needed. Act as a subject matter expert on RFP processes, credential development, and GTM material creation, providing guidance and training to internal teams.
