Payroll and Attendance Management System
- Collect Payroll inputs and process monthly payroll as per our timelines
- Process Annual Merit Increase payment, Annual Leave Encashment, Loss of Pay and any such special payments/recovery
- Process employee Full & Final Settlements
- Coordinate with Payroll Partner for smooth payroll activities
- Coordinate with Payroll Partner for Increment Letters and Promotion Letters.
- Handle Attendance Management System entries, access control and queries
- Handle Attendance Management and Payroll queries/issues.
- Payroll and Leave reconciliation and related reports/data preparation
- Compliance as per applicable laws and company policy - PF, ESIC, Gratuity, EDLI, etc.
- Coordinating with Payroll service provider and with HR Service provider for respective filing.
- Attending to any government notices
- Support Internal and External audits
- Update employee details in HCM and other related applications.
- Prepare monthly reports and other reports as may be required from time to time.
- Support for any employee related data reporting
- Collect details and initiate BGV process; and follow-up for timely completion
- Highlight and support to address any discrepancy in BGV.
- Responding to BGV requests of ex-employees
- Onboarding formalities and employee record management.
- Prepare Appointment Letter and Joining announcement
- Plan and facilitate Orientation about Organization, Key departments, HR Policies, Attendance
- Coordinate with respective teams to issue IT assets, ID card, Access card, etc.
- Coordinate for Insurance addition / deletion / changes and CD balance tracking and update.
- Handle exit formalities, settlement and recovery.
- Process HR activities related payments and reimbursements.
- Prepare various certificates/letters such as Experience letter, Address proof certificates, Letter of recommendation (Higher Education), etc.
- Support for any employee touch point activities such as Cultural, Sports, Events, etc.
- Support other day-to-day HR activities
- Sustain existing HR initiatives and introduce new initiatives considering industry best practices.
- Assist Site HRBP and Assistant Manager – HR in other HR initiatives.
Work Experience (Years): 2-6 years of relevant work experience in HR, proven specific capabilities in
communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; presentation skills, MS excel skills
- Payroll and Compliance experience is a must
- Should have worked on ADP payroll application and Workday HCM or any other Payroll platform and HCM platform.
