• Banking Product & Process Knowledge
• NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge
• Planning and Organizing Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.

• Sourcing proposals from individual farmers, co-operative societies, rural mandis, farmer producer organizations, etc.
• Conducting marketing activities to generate new business.
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with new and existing customers.
• Addressing customer complaints within the stipulated time frame.
• Working towards minimal delinquency in the portfolio.
• Following up with customers for recovery.
• Monitoring account rotation and ensuring document submission.
• Supporting the legal and remedial team for legal actions.
• Keeping housekeeping parameters under control.
• Demonstrating sales and influencing skills.
• Having knowledge of banking products, processes, competition, and current trends in the financial industry.
