As an Operations Manager Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail department at Tasker's Healthcare Mall pan India. This includes managing inventory, ensuring smooth store operations, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure achievement of KRA's and KPI's. Qualifications Proven experience in Pharmacy retail operations management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising Customer service-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and point of sale (POS) systems Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
