Business Development Specialist/Tele Sales Experience : 3-4 Years Job location : Kharadi, Pune Education : A four-year Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Instrumentation with a strong academic record.Job Location : Pune Responsibilities : 1. Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods. 2. Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails. 3. Fully utilize and work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, Hubspot, SAP, Sharepoint) 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type) 5.Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. 6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions) 7. Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system. 8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. 9. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services. 10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge. 11.
