We are looking for smart, passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented Insurance person with at least 3-5 years of work experience in Insurance companies/ Family offices/Banks/Wealth Management Firms. Desired Skills Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance/loans/real estate products Advise clients on the insurance policies/ home loans/real estate buying selling that best suit their needs Close execution of approved policies to new clients and existing clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events along with insurance domain partners Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices Help businesses, individuals, and families select an insurance policy that best fits their needs Periodically reassess policy needs of clients. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss renewals or add-ons Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage. Follow-up on premium payments. Assist in claims management. Acting as a liaison between insurance companies and clients. Managing site visits for existing clients for real estate vertical to help buy/sell assets. Liase with broker network/meet new brokers for offering existing real estate inventory of family office clients. Managing paper work for keeping properties up to date - e.g property tax record, khata work, working with empaneled lawyers to oversee registration of properties etc. Working closely with internal advisory team for advising on existing real estate owned by their clients Knowledge of working on home loans, loan against properties, loan against securities, lease rental discounting and other loan products. Preparation of weekly/monthly reports to be sent to reporting managers and management. Preferred education/skills - 3-5+ years of experience in Insurance companies/ Family offices is preferred. Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree with strong interpersonal skills.
