Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and possess proficiency in TDS, Tally, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), Tally, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Indian tax laws and regulations is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and legal regulations
Handle general accounting tasks, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
Assist in tax preparation and filing
