Position : Sr. Project Manager / AGM (1 Position)
Experience required : Minimum 10 Years
CTC : Depending upon candidate’s knowledge and experience
Qualification : B. Tech / M. Tech (in Mechanical) with experience in process utility
calculation & piping design for water, steam, air and other systems.Please Note : Candidates from Clean Utilities & Mechanical Piping side will be considered.: HVAC experts are not required.Job Description Functional Responsibilities:
- Design & Detailing of Clean & Black Utilities.
- Generation and Distribution systems.
- P and ID’s for Utilities
- Should have experience in Basic & Detail Engineering for Mechanical, Piping, Instruments, Water
- Project Planning and control, Project Procurement and Project Management in the Pharmaceutical
- Load list.
- Preparation of Equipment list for Production plant.
- URS design
- Should have been involved in the formulation (Solid products - tablet/capsules etc.) facility + sterile
- Experience in API and Biotech is an added advantage
- Candidates having experience in formulation and API/Biotech will be preferred over single domain
- Knowledge in managing the pre-commissioning, commissioning of a wide range of process
- Software: AutoCAD and MS office is a must
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university Preferred. Engineers with relevant domain experience can also be considered.
- Masters can be preferred.
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Decision making.
- Conflict management and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication Skills in English.
- Familiarity with relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides.
- Skill in reading, interpreting and using related documents and drawings prepared by other project
- Knowledge of the application of engineering and construction materials related to the discipline's
- Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, design criteria, and codes relevant to the
- Knowledge of mathematical formulae and design calculations used in the discipline.
- General knowledge of technical responsibilities of other groups associated with the total design
- Skill in leading the technical work of less experienced designers/draftsman who share in the design
