Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Able to handle preparation of tax returns and compliance (PF & ESIC) with tax regulations. Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Should have good experience in Payroll. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel,Tally. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
