- Candidates will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, collaborating cross-functionally to optimise performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather input, analyse trends, and identify budgetary requirements.
- Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and provide insights to management on key drivers.
- Support the forecasting process by analysing historical data, market trends, and business drivers.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities based on financial analysis.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to assess the financial health of the organisation.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into revenue, expenses, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance under different scenarios.
- Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
- Assess the feasibility and ROI of proposed projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key financial concepts and metrics.
