Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the MM department which consists of the following sub functions: I. Understand the business and internalize the Design Philosophy and Karat & Carat of CKC & Co. Pvt ltd II. Drive Product Strategy, Innovation, Road map and Execution based on inputs from other appropriate Business Process owners. III. Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Design and Management MM and Marketing/Design/Store Teams. IV. Distribution Center Functions(including Diamond & Gem Stone) Team Productivity and Management. V. Logistics VI. Ensure appropriate Visual Merchandising through marketing team. VII. Market Research and Trends of products- MM Team. VIII. Warehouse Management MM Team IX. Pricing and Profitability MM and FI Team X. Vendor Management (Responsible for material and vendor accounting, production, delays etc) MM and FI. XI. Budgeting and Cost efficiencies MM and FI. XII.
