Formulation Development of Solid oral & liquid dosage forms for various markets.
Scaling up, technology transfer of allocated products of various markets.
Documentation for technology transfer for development products.
To develop oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules for regulated markets
To carry out formulation development work and operate a wide range of formulation equipment.
Monitoring the stability of the development and validation batches, as per ICH guidelines.
To document activities as per Good Documentation Practices.
To prepare SOPs, Process Validation Protocols, and Reports
Prepare DCGI documents like BMR/BPR/PVP/PVR/PDR.
To execute trials for timely response of regulatory queries whenever required.
Daily Monitoring of Temperature & RH in Raw material store.
To assist in carrying out process validation studies of selected formulations
To review equipment calibration data & logs, cleaning logs, and equipment usage logs.
To review equipment calibration / validation status, prepare new logbooks and co-ordinate with QA for issue of new logbooks.
To carry out stability studies of in process as well as finished dosage forms as per ICH guidelines.
