Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond?This role will analyze and review Pratt & Whitney’s compliance to RTX policies and US Government data regulations. Engage the business and auditing entities to ensure coordinated compliance processes across the enterprise. Ensure day to day operations of the team meet expected performance, delivery & quality requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Support the PW business & DT teams with regulatory compliance initiatives including architecture, operations, service delivery, project oversight, compliance tracking and audit efforts.
  • Author compliance & security documents and responses.
  • Partner with GRC Teams from across RTX’s business units to build a continuous compliance model for regulatory compliance requirements to analyze controls for adequacy of design and to verify their operating effectiveness
  • Coordinate with external auditing entities and facilitate interactions with the internal entities being audited
  • Maintain a view and report on P&W active compliance risk exposures
  • Leverage the RTX Operating System to set objectives and guide others for achievement of operational results
  • Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours (8AM – 5PM)
  • Some domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Education and Experience:A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, orAn Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Preferred fields of study include Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business, Finance, Law/Compliance, and Audit.Basic Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of auditor experience.
  • At least 2 years of IT Compliance experience.
  • ITIL 4 is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of code development.
  • Some knowledge of Artificial Intelligence development/building.
