Role Description We are looking for a store manager to supervise all floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, and managing inventory. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles. Responsibilities Provide oversight/ act as a supervisor for the team. Ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints as the front face. Maintain store aesthetic - cleanliness, displays, merchandising, music etc. Answer customer queries about the product/ process and assist sales when necessary. Assist potential customers and maintain efficient relationships with prior customers. Formulate strategies to improve customer footfall and conversion ratio. Direct daily operations with decision-making responsibility for visual merchandising, staff scheduling. Weekly/ Monthly operational briefings with the team. Assist in the day to day operation of the store. Address team grievances; act as a bridge between team and Directors. Keep team motivated to achieve sales goals. Identify strengths and weaknesses of team and suggest areas of improvement. Analyze and identify growth scope for all team members and ensure high quality service. Develop and maintain positive and respectful relationship with the entire team. Requirements: Full time Bachelor's degree or Diploma(Commerce or Design). Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a managerial position. Experience in customized menswear retail sector is a plus Highly organized. Excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Sales.
