Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure the maintenance activity are planned with spares availability form Offshore & onshore 5 year planning for AOH & COH with proper spares, resources & other supporting activity Ensure Implementation Best practice to enhance the MTBF & reduce the MTTR of the mills Ensure that all the equipment's mechanical defects are covered as per operation requirement with proper daily planning, shutdown & Overhauling. Ensure that Maximum Equipment availability with design through put at all the time Deep knowledge on CBM practices like (vibration analysis, Oil analysis, Heat loss mapping) & proactive approach to attend the problem accordingly Implementation of Best Practices to reduce the repetitive job & optimum output of the machine Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and SMPs local area monitoring and ensuring quality systems implementation and adherence Driving improvement initiatives and ensuring positive results.
