• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for expanding and improving our vehicle customization services. This includes identifying market trends, assessing customer preferences, and staying informed about the latest advancements in vehicle customization technology.
• Team Management: Lead a team of customization specialists, technicians, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Customer Consultation: Meet with customers to understand their customization needs and preferences. Provide expert advice and recommendations on available customization options, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the final outcome.
• Project Management: Oversee the customization process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and external partners as needed.
• Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all customization work meets or exceeds customer expectations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and aftermarket manufacturers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure that all products and materials meet our dealership's standards of quality and reliability.
• Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to vehicle customization. Ensure that all customization work complies with legal requirements and safety regulations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of customer service excellence within the customization department. Solicit feedback from customers and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our customization services and attract new customers. Participate in promotional events, advertising campaigns, and customer outreach efforts as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in vehicle customization, automotive engineering, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle customization techniques, technologies, and trends.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
