Lead and supervise a team of outbound sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize customer acquisition and revenue generation for CSB Bank products and services.3. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.4. Monitor sales activities, call quality, and adherence to compliance standards to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.6.
