JOB SCOPE Role : Q.C. Executive We are one of the leading Food processing industries looking for a food technologist/Microbiologist having below responsibilities: Monitoring of day-to-day production activities and quality control Carry out incoming, in-process, and final material quality checks and testing. Laboratory testing for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. Carry out documentation work for ISO/FSSC 22000, BRC Food, USFDAFSMA, and other audit standards. Carry out Vendor approval compliance documentation Stock management for traceability and batch numbering control Product identification and labeling Any other day-to-day activities assigned by management. Job Requirements Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, etc. with 02-05 years of experience Good English communication Computer knowledge of MS Office, data entry, Email drafting, and communication Basic knowledge of food safety principles
