- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
