Responsible for overall CMS business and other projects of the vertical Managing day to day operations w.r.t. assigned vertical Establish and sustain robust relationship with stakeholders such as external partners, State/Circle teams, Channel Partners etc. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends Responsible for adhering and maintaining hygiene, compliance and processes for smooth conduct of the business. Responsible for identification of locations with potential CMS business and coordination with circle team for distribution set up Collate best practices and implement the same across Build and manage a business roadmap to support our goals and strategies Required Skills, Effective communication and rapport-building skills.
