We work closely together with stakeholders across several Business Areas (BAs), Truck Divisions (TDs), and Group Functions (GFs). While the BAs are responsible for driving the business, the TDs provide research, development, purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly. Within Volvo Group, the GFs own the Group agenda, provide strategic direction, and have global responsibility in group-wide functions such as IT, legal, compliance and security. With Enterprise IT Security, you will be part of Group Digital & IT (Group Function). Enterprise IT Security (EITS) works in close collaboration with both Group Security function and security functions within TD's, BAs and GFs. Together we work to build a security posture that is best in class. Job Summary The Cybersecurity expert will lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity metrics and reporting within the Cyber Defense Center (CDC). This position will be responsible for creating security-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualizing as well as reporting those to both internal cybersecurity stakeholders and external stakeholders within the Volvo Group. The Cybersecurity expert requires close collaboration with external partners and stakeholders, together with the CDC Management Team, to ensure reporting is aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity targets. The CDC unit currently consists of five teams: Security Operations, CDC Engineering, Threat Hunting, Forensics and Investigations, Analytics & Reporting. Main Responsibilities Lead the CDC analytics and reporting efforts together with cyber analytics experts Responsible for creating and delivering regular reports on security-related metrics and KPIs to internal cybersecurity stakeholders, including Executive Management, Business Review Meetings and external partners and stakeholders. Develop visual presentations of data to help stakeholders make informed data-driven decisions Collaborate with the CDC management team and external partners to ensure that reporting is aligned with our broader cybersecurity goals and objectives. Ensure that all reporting complies with industry best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, and internal policies and standards. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and industry organizations, to support the organization's analytics and reporting activities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus in establishing metrics and KPIs to improve the performance, effectiveness and efficiency of cyber capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in preparing and delivering reports and presentations on cybersecurity metrics, trends, and incidents Experience in identifying patterns and trends in security data Industry standard certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA are considered a plus Experience and understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) is considered a plus The job location is in either Gothenburg - Sweden, Bangalore - India, Greensboro - US or Wroclaw - Poland and you are expected to work some days at the office.
