- In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Ability to analyze complex network security issues and provide timely resolutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Install, configure, and maintain network security infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Monitor network security systems for potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary patches and updates
- Conduct security audits and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend improvements
- Respond to security incidents and perform timely incident investigation and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures
