In-depth knowledge of Electrical detail design and Schematic preparation. knowledge of electrical distribution systems. Lighting and power circuit design, switching, energy compliance, load list preparation, and panel schedule. Knowledge of cable tray, breaker, and conduit sizing. Knowledge in Coordination with other MEP works. Hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling. BIM360 experienced MEP modeler. Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF, & PDF. Dialux Evo will be an added advantage. Skills and Qualifications 5 years experience in a similar role. Able to communicate at all levels. Able to work independently. Attention to detail.
