Relationship management with CSC State Head, District Managers (DMs) and Insurance SPOC in assigned states
Influence CSC State Head & District Managers (DMs) for majority wallet share in the district.
Ensures RM and AM productivity is as per Business plan

Drive wallet Share in the allotted states
Build relationship with CSC State Head, DMs and Insurance SPOC of CSC to achieve pre-set business targets on NOP, ANP & Productivity
Working jointly with the CSC State Head on Business plans
Driving and motivating the CSC State Head & DMs and providing MIS and analysis

Relationship Management

Relationship management with CSC Hierarchy, State Head, District Managers, and Insurance SPOC of CSC in the state/region
Influence CSC State Head and DMs for majority wallet share in the district
Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the CSC
Provide all possible support to CSC as a face of parent company
Effectively execute all Marketing activities
Assist partner through training scheduling and customer service

Ensure Compliance

Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
Should be process & product champion to ensures adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team

MIS

Providing timely reports to CSC State Head, DMs and Supervisor as per the requirement.
Adhering to the TALIC code of conduct.
