As a company, we prioritize innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts to join our team at Growel Feeds Private Limited. As an Assistant Manager - Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the aquaculture or manufacturing industry. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities Manage all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and improvement. Manage and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall company objectives. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
