As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects. The salary range for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Roles And Responsibilities Managing and coordination at the construction site with different contractors. Works with project engineers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a program or project. Inspect the construction site to monitor progress and assess conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction standards. Manage and help staff members in construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site. Deep foundation and pile driving monitoring. Monitors construction schedules with project and contractor schedulers to keep on track and to address problems that may cause delays. Monitoring of day-to-day construction and construction-related activities for all on-site project personnel relative to Safety, Quality, Schedule and Contract Compliance. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Executive-level experience in civil engineering, with more than 10 years of experience Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices Experience in land development, site planning, and design specifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using civil engineering software and tools Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
