About The/Nudge: The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We are a collective of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs from across industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams: Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India's biggest challenges About Indian Administrative Fellowship: Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month fellowship program for senior private sector talent to work closely with the government to catalyse innovation and governance transformation, by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs, under the guidance of visionary civil servants. At The/Nudge you will: own the overall health, stakeholder satisfaction, risk management, and impact outcomes of the state IAF program by collaborating with the state leadership, fellow designates, Project management unit and other relevant stakeholders and partners ensure that all projects are on track, enable the project charter, align stakeholders, and ensure the project goals and impact outcomes are delivered build and manage relationships across the state administrative cadre, infuse innovation and best practices to ensure stakeholder delight ensure the consistent project status reporting and project linked data dashboards in order to ensure performance tracking and timely course correction establish and foster partnerships with key stakeholders including knowledge partners, advisory council, donor, steering committee, task force and program/project expert panel manage the pool of state project leads and administrative associates by ensuring OKR (Objectives & Key Results) management, career growth, engagement and alignment work closely with the product team towards improving the program experience, design, reporting and deliverables/impact Apply if you have: a minimum of 15 years of overall work experience preferably in the consulting/technology industry a successful track record in programme and people management along with a strong technology orientation the demonstrated ability to navigate and manage the ecosystem environment across diverse internal, external partners and senior government stakeholders and projects demonstrated ability to work under uncertainty, ability to articulate a vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders demonstrated success in starting and leading initiatives Would be great if you have: written and spoken fluency in Kannada prior exposure to leading government partnerships at the senior level prior experience in the governance/development/public policy spheres We aspire to be an inclusive and diverse organisation and encourage qualified individuals irrespective of their religion, caste, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, or any other dimension of identity, to apply.
