Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our renewable energy solutions. This is a full-time position based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Roles And Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients in the renewable energy sector Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries and requests Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay abreast of industry developments Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
