Project Purchase

• Graduate with minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical & API related purchasing environment.
• Hands on experience in capital purchase, Project purchase, manufacturing, Plant machinery.
• Experience in Budgeting of engineering equipment for upcoming projects & future expansion.
• Techno Commercial purchase of all engineering items
• Maintain and update e-Procurement computerized system and prepare status reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers; internal, local, and overseas while ensuring they are compliant in all areas as specified by company policies & procedures.
• Manage the receiving details and implement corrective actions for dispute resolution
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Coordinates and communicates with all departments in purchasing matters.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Pre-qualifying and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best possible service quality and terms.
• Periodically reviewing project procurement plans and strategies for effectiveness and relevancy.

• You have at least 3 year experience ideally as a Buying / Procurement within Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology.
• You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
• You have working knowledge of purchase
