The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, online marketing, and training. They will be in charge of promoting and selling our tea products online, providing excellent customer service to maximize sales, and implementing effective online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Sales and online marketing skills Experience in providing training or product demonstrations Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales techniques Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the tea industry or related field is a plus
