Your key responsibilities

This is a Managerial position
Will manage a team of 6 Sales Managers
Will need to generate business of about 20 Cr per month through their Sales Manager team.
Candidate must be able to read & understand financials of clients to close a LAP deal. Should be able to read & analyze balance sheets as well.
ASM’s will also be required to hire their own team of Sales Managers
ASM will report to Cluster Manager

Your skills and experience

Experience range of 5yrs – 10 yrs relevant experience in the same geography as the job location only
Must be a strong sales person with a well connects market reach
Qualification – Graduate / MBA
Age capping to max 35 years
Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed
