This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and merchandising, along with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the home textile industry, especially in the Coimbatore and Karur location, is preferred. The candidate should be a team player with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and buyers. Costing experience is also required for this role.Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home textile industry
Strong knowledge of marketing and merchandising principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Familiarity with the Coimbatore and Karur location in the textile industry
Good English communication skills
Experience in costing for home textile products

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home textile products
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
Work closely with the design and production teams to develop new product ideas
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and buyers
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets
Prepare sales and marketing reports for management
