Job Description Position VP - Aarohan Channel Training Department DCC - Agency Training Function DCC - Agency Training Reporting to CVP - Training Head Band Band 3A Location HO Team size Direct- 7 RMTs, 75 Indirect Training Managers JOB SUMMARY: JOB SUMMARY: Planning, designing & implementation of the training strategies to support organizational growth goals and strengthen the learning foundation for all cohorts of Aarohan Channel. Recruit, Hire and onboard Training Managers, RMT for the channel. Create WOW training calendar & lay down learning outcomes for all cohorts for the month in line with Channel priorities. Ensure content gets build, in line with strategy with the content team through reviews month on month. Lead and ensure the execution of Learning Paths of Advisors, ADMs & OHs learning. Lead Tops advisor's programs, MDRT & drive business outcomes. Build self-learning culture through driving digital learning adoption and effectiveness in the Aarohan Channel. Communication & Stakeholder Management across all stakeholder groups Allocate and Optimize learning budgets for Aarohan Channel. Hire and onboarding of Training Managers and Regional Training Managers. Team Retention and engagement initiative Team development through belt certification, coaching and Training Quality Audits Driving important business levers - New Advisor & ADM success Designing Training Manager Goal sheet and incentive structure. Analyzing Training inputs and outputs vectors and representing the same to senior management Bringing innovation in Trainers development through coaching and establishing self-development goals for Trainers. Initiating internal projects to drive results and establish team engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy & Key deliverables - Accountable for planning & building training strategies and budgets. Will be the lead in all Training strategies of the channel. Establishes and reviews important training road map and module identification for all important cohort of Agency Partner Channel. Responsible for gathering vital data from various internal and external sources, such as competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, leadership views, etc., in order to develop a training strategy and content for Top leaders and advisors of the channel. Supporting Channel heads in executing and driving important initiatives for the Channel. Designing & Execution of Learning Roadmaps for all cohorts of Aarohan Training Execution & Program management - Responsible for the end-to-end training execution for the roles mentioned below: ADMs OH Learning Journey Top Leader and Agent's training and value proposition Ensure smooth functioning and execution of all training programs through structured planning & governance. Establishing a monthly training schedule with Aarohan Leadership. Coordinate all program management activities ensuring that appropriate communications take place across internal functional groups, stakeholders, and fields. Program manager for Top Advisor, probable MDRTs, OH & RM Manage and coordinate with the Operations team and Technology team to deliver training digitally, upload to the digital learning platform, and maintenance of content Manage data and reporting of training programs directly responsible for. Detail out training content requirements based on needs analysis and industry best practices on the subject and role, and work in collaboration with the content team to ensure delivery. Create project teams amongst Training Team to ensure successor planning and Talent identification. Visit offices across India to observe and gather field view to sharpen strategies and identify execution gap. Conduct TCPM, TQA and PRP with team members. Digital Learning Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of the digital learning environment for Training managers and RMTs . Ensure the Digital learning is driven and develop a culture of self-learning. Stakeholder & People Management Ensure complete stakeholder alignment to all the trainings across all cohorts Responsible to coordinate and effectively manage all stakeholders involved Responsible for management reporting and governance Build a cohesive team of Training Manager & Regional Training Managers, ensure their development as an SME and team leader. Empower team members using innovation and creativity to accomplish business goals and objectives through various internal projects. Coach and mentor the team to be able respond to any current or future challenges in the role Team Hiring & retention. Responsible for hiring and retention of training mangers Training Manager and RMT development through coaching and observation. Planning and designing Team's Goal sheet and Incentives. Driving key levers of Aarohan - New advisor success & New ADm success. Driving and establishing the training culture in the channel. Driving Key Parameters New Advisor success: M0-M3 advisor activation and productivity. New ADM Success Learning Journey coverage Quality Audits and Trainer effectiveness Measures of success 70 % coverage for all training programs for the selected cohort 70% of attendees completing / passing pre and post assessments Business performance improvement (pre and post 90 days) - productivity to go up by 10% Functional / Technical skills Strong domain knowledge in financial market with deep expertise in the Insurance sector Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately High attention to detail Strong English language writing, editing, proofreading and speaking skills Demonstrates proficiency in use MS office develop visually engaging analysis reports and presentations for management and team Demonstrates good analytical skills, able to turn raw data into effective ideas and projects, attention to detail, proactive, enthusiastic, results-driven, great problem-solving skills & teamwork.
