Each product undergoes meticulous design, development, and testing within the Group's Research & Development Department, followed by certification by internationally recognized accreditation institutes.An Ideal Candidate:Someone who can train engineers and architects and penetrate their offices with innovative products. Promote the company's brand to architects, to keep the company into consideration for their projects. Adopt corporate solutions to complex architectural plans. Select appropriate systems in architectural studies so that the architect's final study is accurate and in-depth. High sense of orderliness and responsibility. Ability to understand the system processes and their appropriate implementation. Effective communication (You listen to understand customers' needs, not only for engaging in discussion with them). Psychological support.- Holistic customer approach: meeting customers' needs, and also diagnosing their needs, and managing their expectations.Key Competencies:1. Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD to further support the project design.
2. Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.
3. Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them.
4. Collaborate with the market development department regarding projects that need technical support.
5. Engage with specialized project designs.
6. Settle and train for AlumilCal.
7. Identify and satisfy clients' needs.
8. Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.
9. Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.
10. Inform the market development department about inbound large-scale projects. 11. Visit the construction sites for technical support.
12. Mentor new and existing colleagues about technical details.
13. Visit the construction sites with Front Office stakeholders for technical support.
14. Assist at the showroom.
15. Participate in fairs / Complaints recording.
