- To take daily Production Planning sheet from Weekly Planning Sheet / Reporting Person.
- Bifurcate Raw material, brought out Items, Tool Tackles and Consumables.
- Before allocating work to worker:
- To Study to understand the drawing and work how to execute it.
- To check availability of Raw material is required to use in planned work.
- To check availability of Consumables is required to use in planned work.
- To check availability of Tool-Tackles for planned work.
- To allocate the work as per planning to available worker and describe the work to worker for better understanding.
- To observe, work is carried on as per the Drawing.
- To check Speed of the work as per Scheduling.
- To prepare report of Executed work on daily bases & report to Reporting Person.
- Candidate has travel to client site for fabrication releted work
- Team handling of 2-3 supervisor engineer
- Day to Day entry of Raw Material taken from Store Demand Sleep / Material Requisition
- Daily Basis Consumables Requisition
- Daily Basis Consumption Entry Raw Material & Consumables
- Daily Basis Production Work done entry as per BOM.
- Ensure allotted workers put Tool Tackles return to designated spaces.
- Ensure after completion of work, scrap material should put to designated spaces.
- Ensure all allotted workers should have worn Safety Gadgets as per company norms.
- Ensure House Keeping in respective allotted space in workshop.
