The ODL also understands processes within the different business areas and work collaboratively with a global team and proactively follow-up on issues and actions with stakeholders and ensure that the program lead is kept informed on any roadblocks.RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the execution of client instructions and client requests
  • Client handling and management skills
  • Expected to interact with US clients, to understand their requirements
  • Lead Cross functional interactions with Product leadership and partners based out of US
  • Convert business requirements to execution instructions to the team
  • Accountable for the quality and timeliness of database delivery to clients
  • Prior experience in a co-ordinator role. This position required to coordinate process and delivery handoffs with Operations teams to meet established deliverables; escalate issues appropriately.
  • Work on documentation and SOPs • Collaborate with and support offshore teams to troubleshoot and ensure that deliverables are met.
QualificationsA successful Operations Delivery Lead delivers timely and quality instructions of client deliverables focusing on specific industry / category or set of categories. S/he is expected to identify, investigate and co-ordinate the resolution of data, process or product-related queries and be the point of contact for commercial queries which also need to be solved in an efficient and client-focused manner.QUALIFICATIONS
