Our goal is to promote the overall growth and well-being of special children through personalized care and support. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Pediatric OT Specialist. The Pediatric OT Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized occupational therapy services to special children. The day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and caregivers. The role will be primarily based in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans Effective communication and collaboration skills Empathy and patience in working with special children and their families Valid certification as an Occupational Therapist Experience working in a home-based care setting is a plus Benefits: Starting salary of 20,000 per month with opportunities for growth as the company expands in the future.
