Responsibilities Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the education sector, aligning findings with organizational goals. Program Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of educational programs, ensuring they align with best practices, pedagogical approaches, and the evolving needs of students and educators. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and educators to gather insights, foster collaborative relationships, and integrate diverse perspectives into research and development processes. Innovation Management: Spearhead the exploration and implementation of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance educational content, delivery, and overall impact. Data Analysis: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform evidence-based decision-making. Grant Writing: Contribute to grant proposals and fundraising efforts by providing research-based insights and aligning proposals with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. Training and Capacity Building: Develop training programs to build the capacity of educators and staff, ensuring effective implementation of new initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications 2 to 4 years of work experience in the domain of research and development or education sector (non profit experience is desirable) Should have contributed to or published at least one academic case study or research paper Master's in Education, Research, or a related field. Proven experience in educational research, program development, and project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of digital fundamentals with MS Office suite including power point, excel, word Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with current trends and issues in education.
