The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labour laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Ability to effectively handle confidential information Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with HRIS and tools Understanding of performance management and employee development processes Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Knowledge of HR best practices Professional HR certification is a plus
