Responsible for coordinating PSP program from service provider end & maintain quality of services. Coordinating with Datacore's HR for new recruitments, salary processing, pay slips, Etc. Ensure completion of on boarding & off boarding off the employees with the HR Vacancy management. Resolve the queries of Counsellor regarding salaries, expenses along with HR. Coordinating with IT Team to resolve the digital queries of counsellors. Ensuring that all PSP counselors are properly trained i.e. comprehensive training for new joinees and refresher training to all the team members. To maintain training log of all PSP counselors. To maintain PV-PTC Training certification for all counselors. To supervise monthly reconciliation of adverse event & PTCs by closely working with quality coordinator. Undertaking on the job coaching- field work with coordinators & counselors as when required. Safety and upkeep of patient data in the database and inputs Coordinating with the vendor for Patient and doctor consent forms archival & Reconciliation. Ensuring patient privacy and patient data confidentiality is maintained at all times. Ensure regular coordination with Biocon to involve relevant teams in training programs for counsellors. Vendor Management-Ensuring the services are delivered as per signed agreement to ensure compliance &timely payments to the vendors. Co work with Biocon's project head in analyzing the data. Publishing monthly dashboards from the data obtained from the system. Follow up with Alps HO team for different team requirements- Infrastructures, technical needs, email ID
