As a Civil Sr. Planning And Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, including the development and implementation of project plans, cost estimates, and budgets. You will also oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This is a full-time position based in Numaligarh, Assam, India.
