Role Description This is a full-time onsite role in Palghar as an EV Tutor at ISIEINDIA | Charging Career. As an EV Tutor, the primary responsibility is to provide EV education and training to learners. This includes creating and delivering engaging curriculum, assessing and evaluating learner progress, and providing feedback and support to enhance learner performance. The EV Tutor should also collaborate with the EV industry and academic professionals to develop and deliver cutting-edge EV training programs. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of electric vehicle design and engineering Experience in teaching, training, or tutoring in a related field Familiarity with electric vehicle systems, technology, and industry trends Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail. Having at least 1 year of experience in EV sector.
